solation & Growing of Specialized Bacteria Cultures

Biogas production is a result of anaerobic fermentation process which takes inside the reactor (digester). This process consists of many phases: hydrolysis, acidogenesis, acetogenesis and methanogenesis, in which different bacteria species play different roles. Thanks to our R&D works, we posses all species necessary to conduct the fermentation process. These species are precisely selected and isolated, and grown in laboratory conditions, from micro to large scale batch volumes. Especially during the biologically commissioning phase, growth up of necessary population takes long time, and to speed it up the laboratory growth up cultures can be transported into the biogas plant and inoculated. Also after the reactor failure and during its restart, the laboratory isolated and grown bacteria cultures can be needed to speed up the recovery process to normal biogas production.

Also, we are providing different types of bacteria, as the sulfur-reducing bacteria species, necessary in biological scrubber for gas treatment.
