Biological Commissioning of Biogas Plants

Biological commissioning is a process of starting up the biological system - microorganisms in the reactor environment inside the biogas plant. Bacteria need favorable conditions to live and grow up. After transporting substrates to the biogas plant and filling the reactors, process conditions need to be adjusted. Then, bacteria inoculum is brought from the laboratory to the biogas plant reactors (fermenter tanks). Next, laboratory analyses are performed, necessary macro- and micro-element nutrients are added, and bacteria growth on a large-scale is continued.

To progress this important, but a difficult process in the most optimum conditions and without problems, and to finalize it in the minimum possible time, you can get support from our expert staff.
